Rural domestic sewage has gradually affected the rural people’s living environment in our country, national policy and shaanxi gorvenment have rolled out policies to dispose of rural domestic sewage, and artificial wetland because of its advantages of low operating cost, easy to operate has become the development trend of dispersed rural sewage treatment engineering. In this paper, with theoretical analysis, field investigation, comparative analysis and mathematical model methods of zhouzhi county of artificial wetland sewage treatment plant and Shangwang village artificial wetland sewage treatment process research and comparative analysis, and wavelet network of zhouzhi county sewage treatment plant sewage water quality is forecasted, in order to the other artificial wetland design, construction, operation, management has reference significance.As a result of the study:(1) application of artificial wetland sewage has great space in the north;(2)the final effluent of wastewater still can not reach the third level of Chinese Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB18918-2002);(3)there artificial wetland sewage treatment plant effluent water quality can reach more than urban secondary standard;(4) the main reason of two wetland effluent on the different processing engineering is that the constructed wetland design is more scientific, pretreatment process is more complete, the artificial wetland area is more sufficient and wetland plant growth is in a better condition, it is more scientific in the engineering construction stage and operation process of sewage plant management, etc.;(5) this paper presents neural network of a single layer called WNN(wavelet neural network) to conduct research training on the water quality of artificial wetland sewage treatment plant for one year and try to predict the wastewater quality, the first derivative Gauss function training results are close to the test’s,E for110.
