With the increase of in number of the medical waste and enhance of people’s awareness of environment protection,people pay more and more attention on the effective treatment of the medical waste.General waste treatment such as dumping, incineration and other treatment can be equal to process the ordinary garbage, but because the medical garbage contains many toxic substances and many volatile infectious material, this method is not equal to the requirements of medical waste disposal.The common thermal decomposition furnace can be seen in the market currently can be effective in handing medical waste,however,the strong harmful gases such as dioxin which arise from pyrolytic reaction can hardly be removed,besides this,the tar that arise from the reaction may easily stop up the tuyeres,in this way,these problems remained to be solved.Magnetization splitting medical waste equipment designed in this paper can effectively solve the above problems.In this design,we use the electric heating and the internal partial combustion to supply heat intermittently and circularly to save the energy. At the same time,the activation energy of the oxygen molecule can be enhanced when air pass through the magnetic field,react with the same quantity of the medical waste,the needs of the oxygen will be much little than the in this way than that in the ordinary reaction,besides this,with the action of the magnetic field,the cohesion of the organics that exist in the medical waste will be decreased,in this way,with the action of the magnetized air,the temperature that needed to have the reaction will be much lower than before,the magnetization splitting medical waste equipment in this design can make the reaction temperature remain at about350℃,this temperature is far below the temperature that the dioxin emerged,in this way,the emerging of the dioxin can be effectively avoided.In this design,a3D model of the magnetization splitting medical waste equipment have been build through a3D software called Pro/E,include such as combustion chamber,electric heating tube,fan for magnetized air,inner air circulation device,water vapour generate device and tar reflux device and so on.The tar reflux device fit on the top of the reaction chamber can make the tar that emerged in the reaction get into the reaction chamber again along with the circulating air and participate in the fragmentation reaction that exist in the reaction chamber,in this way,the difficult problem that tar stop up the tuyeres can be solved.In order to verify the feasibility of the equipment through the theory,we have made a thermal analysis in this design through the finite element software--ANSYS Workbench to have a theoretically verified.Besides this,we have made many test through the real equipment. Through the analysis of the inner temperature field spread of the reaction chamber and the changing of the inner temperature and contrast with the ordinary thermal decomposition furnace to verify the dominant position of this equipment such as the emerging of the dioxin can be effectively avoided.Based on the research of the magnetization splitting medical waste equipment,we have a systemic and exhaustive research from theoretical analysis,geometry modeling,numerical simulation and experimental verification.The research result have an important theoretical and practical significance to guide the current medical waste treatment technology and equipment.
