Save and reduce energy consumption is building our national resource-saving and environment-friendly society’s demands, at the same time,with raw materials material carbon black used in the production increasingly tight supply of, and prices steadily rising, how to save and reduce energy consumption has become the key factor whether a enterprise to be profitability or not. This thesis is written on the base of domestic Carbon black production technology device status. By analyzing the currently existing of domestic Carbon black manufacture process, particularly in respect of unreasonable energy and material consumption, combine the research results of senior researcher basis of the carbon black production process, aiming at how to improve production processes and equipment, how to use the system heat energy, how to energy conservation, and how to use new technologies to reduce energy consumption, to lower production costs with some advise concepts in order to control production of the costs and improving economic efficiency.Calculation shows that:by setting the design is reasonable, and efficient online high-temperature pre-heater, waste heat boilers and other heat transfer equipment can take advantage of the physics heat energy of carbon black smoke and increase the temperature of combustion chamber and the reactor kiln. To set the heat transfer equipment completely changes the complexion that heat produced in the carbon black production process haven’t been used before, not only improves the yield and product quality of carbon black, but also to reduce the consumption of primary energy purposes, a single annual energy savings enormous economic benefits created; through the use of pure Oxygen can improve production technology, largely increase the rate of total oil yield of raw material oil and product quality; by recycling of carbon black exhaust heat produced high-grade heat, classification using high-grade thermal energy to generate electricity, low-grade thermal heating, at least28million Yuan economic benefits every year to create. Overall, the means of energy saving in carbon black production process this paper studies can be achieved energy saving, environmental, economic and social benefits of multi-faceted.
