Recent decades have witnessed the rapid development of transition-metalcatalyzed reaction. Variety of catalyst have been emerging from the deepen researchof the reaction. Heterogeneous catalysts, in particular, not only solve the problemthat homogeneous catalysts are difficult to recycle, but also effective overcome theproblem of pollution of heavy metal. Both the choice of vector in the heterogeneouscatalyst and the symthesis of a homogeneous catalyst have great effect on theiractivity. In this paper, we report a successful method for preparing catalyst andthree-dimensional ordered macroporous materials on the glass surface, whosestructure and properties also be studied.Part one:(1) Symthetizing the with alkyne TsDPEN and azide silicon source.(2)Symthesizing silicon source contain chiral ligand by the "click" reaction and thencoordinate with [Cp*RhCl2]2ligand.(3) Grafting the homogeneous catalysts to theslide glass having been handled with oxidant, successfully obtain the immobilizedchiral rhodium catalyst on glass surface. AFM, XPS are employed to verified thesurface morphology and structure of the catalyst. Asymmetric hydrogen transferreaction of aromatic ketones in aqueous medium is used to test the activity ofcatalyst, and the test data reveal that catalyst are high activity (conversion rategreater than85%) and stereoselectivity (ee values at least80%).Part two: Preparing three-dimensional ordered macroporous silicon materialbased on glass surface successfully by combining polymer template method with insitu filling method; preparing macroporous materials with characters of regular andafter grafting successfully by improving the traditional experiment. The experimentsdiscussed the detailed preparation process of the material, as well as the mainfactors affecting the material structure. Different morphologies macroporousmaterials were prepared by commissioning a different template concentration; themorphology and structure of the macroporous materials were observed by FESEM;after grafting ability was inspect by grafting a fluorescent dye and testing fluorescentcharacteristics.
