When Some material such as Colloidal gold，quantum dots and magneticnanoparticles is combined with immune response, it will be widely available for thediagnosis and detection in industries of medical and food. In the current，thepHenomenon of veterinary drμg in aquatic products and pesticide residues in fruitsand vegetable is widespread exists. In addition to using traditional colloidal goldmaterial for immune chromatograpHy detection，quantum dot will be applied todetection and combining magnetic nanoparticles to establish double probe detectionsystem for solution. Then the immune chromatograpHy strips will bapplied intraceability system of aquatic products. This study mainly focused on the followingareas.1.The different sizes of gold nanoparticle was prepared by sodium citrate and itwas coupled with immune antibody to obtain nanometer gold probe of malachitegreen. Thenanogold strip of malachite green was prepared and determined thedetection limit of2.0μg/kg. Then the optimal sample preparation method wasworked out.2. Silica particles was prepared with method of inverse microemulsion.50nm Silica particles was selected to get quantum dots strip of malachite greenthose detection limit of1.5μg/kg had been determined.3.The traceability system ofaquatic products was tried to be established. The Nanogold immunechromatograpHy detection technology would be used in each traceability point to setup traceability system of food.4.Immune fluorescent probes of2,4-D-OVA andmagnetic probes of2,4-D-Ab were prepared for establishing double probe detectionsystem of solution. Then the standard equation y=-0.5703x+182.29of the detectionsystem was obtained and detection limit also was determined as35.5ppb. It is lowerthan the detection limit of market sold by ELISA kit and the colloidal gold strip.
