Under certain conditions the endogenous nitrogen, phosphorus can be released into the water column, exacerbated by the degree of eutrophication. External source pollution control, internal pollution sources to eutrophication research focus. In this paper, Beijing Qinghe as the research object, under natural conditions, sediment overlying water column release nitrogen, phosphorus static experimental study. Overlying water is pure water, sediment nitrogen, phosphorus release and release rate, the overlying water and the water temperature is not the same sediment release of nitrogen and phosphorus-Adsorption and release rate of change. This has certain significance for the control of river eutrophicationto improve the quality of the water environment. When overlying water is pure water and temperature is15℃, nitrogen and phosphorus in Qinghe sediment is the source of increasing nitrogen and phosphorus concentration in pure water, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, the maximum total ammonia nitrogen releasing amount were:0.58mg/L,4.49mg/L, and4.46mg/L, ammonia nitrogen releasing amount is99.33%of the total emission of nitrogen; average releasing rates were3.49mg-m-2·d-1,28.98mg·m-2·d-1,20.62mg·m2·d-1respectively; total nitrogen and total phosphorus concentrations in sediment reduced0.48g/kg and0.1g/kg, about17.9%of the total nitrogen and5.4%of total phosphorus were released.River water, recycled water, surface class IV water as overlying water, the water and sediment interface concentration greater the difference between water and sediment total nitrogen, total phosphorus, ammonia nitrogen, the greater the amount of exchange. The overlying water total nitrogen concentration is increased to8mg/L, the sediment adsorption capacity increases0.4mg/L-0.98mg/L obvious rules; reduce the amount of total nitrogen concentration in the river water is recycled water1.07times,1.30times the class IV water; river water, recycled water sediment total phosphorus concentrations were reduced by0.65g/kg,0.76g/kg, total nitrogen concentration increases2.1g/kg,1.87g/kg, an increase of0.99g/kg of total nitrogen concentration in class IVwater sediments. The temperature has obvious effect on sediment TP releasing. With water temperature increasing from5℃to15℃or25℃, the average concentration of total phosphorus increase. The temperature is increased by10℃, total phosphorus concentration of about0.53mg/L.The temperature has obvious function on the adsorption of the sediment total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen. With increasing temperature, the concentration of total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogenin waterwere reduced, alsothe adsorption rate oftotal nitrogen and ammonia decreased.
