Hydrocarbon oxidation reactions are an important class of chemical reactions inorganic reactions, it is widely used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, materials, andother fields. For a long time, it has been the focus in th field of synthesis chemistrysince the large bond energy of C-H bond as well as the inertness in the reaction. Thistext will narrate the studies of C-H functionalization in carbon-oxygen formation inthree parts. First, the progress of the catalytic of C-H bonds is introduced. Second, themethod of Palladium catalyze and O2oxidize the benzylketones sp3carbon-hydrogenbonds to synthesize α-acetoxy ketones is studied. Third, the method of NaNO2oxidizebenzylketones sp3C-H bonds to synthesize of1,2-diones is studied. The main text are as follows:In part one, the recent advances were reviewed about the catalytic oxidation ofcarbon-hydrogen bonds. It included the palladium-catalyzed oxidation of sp3carbon-hydrogen bonds and palladium-catalyzed carbon-hydrogen bonds withmolecular oxgen as the oxidant. In part two, the method of palladium-catalyzed oxidize the benzylketones sp3carbon-hydrogen with molecular oxygen as the oxidant was introduced. Thisprocedure had some advantages such as high catalytic efficiency, excellent functionalgroup compatibility and good scopes of the substrates. In part three, the method of NaNO2oxidize benzylketones sp3C-H bonds tosynthesize of1,2-diones was studied. The reaction enjoyed some advantages of cheapoxidant, simple reaction system and facile operation.
