In this paper, by using the method of spherical function analysis, the circulation feature of climate anomaly height field from1948to2009.Besd on the Space-time coordinate and "the spherical function of sliding along equator", we studied the three-dimensional structure of circulation anomalies.We found that the phase of circulation feature of climate anomaly height filed in both northern and southern hemispheres had changed obviously about1980, and different heights had different changes. Besides, this mutation varies with latitude obviously, and the phase of circulation anomalies shows alternate distribution.We studied the delay-dependent correlation between the circulation anomalies and summer precipitation and winter temperature.The results show that the relationship between zonal circulation anomalies in spring, summer and autumn in northern hemispheres and winter temperature is positive correlation. And when putting the vertex of hemisphere on the equator, we found that the delay-dependent between circulation anomalies and North China is positive correlation as well. That is to say, positive circulation anomalies can cause law temperature, otherwise, warm winter phenomenon. For precipitation, summer precipitation in North China and the circulation anomalies during the previous winter, as well as the average circulation anomalies during spring, were negative correlation. While the relationship between the zonal circulation anomalies in spring and the summer precipitation in North China is positive correlation.The correlation between circulation anomalies and precipitation which in summer were negative in east of the North China, southwest and south of the Yangtze River.By using the method of spherical function analysis, we can find that the global-average part has obvious decadal variability. The global-average keet in a stable state from1950s’ to the early in1980s’.This part started increased after1980,and increased rapidly in the middle of1990s’.The global-average reached to be a maximum number around the year2007,after that,the numerical began decreasing.All these show that global-warming was indeed happened in the past60years.The numerical value of other three part keeps stable,only few numbers fall outside the stable rang of value.These few numbers show that the three parts still exist instability state.There is significant change concerning the four parts in all different17levels.The change of global-average is very obvious.The absolute value of four parts increased with the high increment.The result shows that a positive correlation between the global-average of temperature and the temperature of some area of China,mainly in Yangtze river and Huanghe basin,during the last62years.That is to say,the temperature of these area was increased during the last62years.The other three parts had a negligible effect on China temperature.The reason probably is that different coefficient in every different component has different effect on China temperature.Also,the global-average of temperature has effect on the precipitation in China during the last62years,and the section is centered in Pearl River Delta and coastal of Bohai sea.
