With the speeding up of informatization and knowledge in human society, language become the dominant form of communication, the voice is the most basic conditions for language exchange. On the one hand, people pay more attention to verbal expression and the quality of the voice, voice is established on the basis of normal anatomy and physiology and it needs to have a perfect voice or sound system, and the vocal cords is the sound system at the core of organs and physiological basis. On the other hand, abnormal voice is a major cause for people to go to hospital, and the vocal organ is the most vulnerable in the voice system, all sorts of vocal cords’ benign or malignant growths will change the vocal elasticity, the quality and degree of tension of different degrees, and will lead to abnormal vocal cord vibration and the irregularity of glottis’open and close, etc., and then form a voice diseases. This makes voice for medical research especially vocal cords present a state of rapid development.This thesis mainly uses vocal cord as the research object which are the vibration organ of the vocal system, according to the human vocal cords vibration movement characteristics, the acoustic transducer vibration theory will be introduced to the vocal cord vibration study. Laminated diamond hole model of the vocal cords is established which are based on acoustic basic theory, This paper studies the vibration of the vocal model in vibration mode, vibration frequency and the vocal cords vibration generated by sound pressure distribution in space. This paper mainly do the following several aspects:1. The physical characteristics of the voice, hearing characteristics in voice and vocal cords in the system of organization structure, the vibration mechanism and vibration characteristics of theoretical knowledge are expounded in detail.2. According to the organizational structure, the vibration characteristics of normal vocal cord, and pathological characteristics of vocal cords research, Laminated diamond hole model of the vocal cords is put forward and the established.3. The theoretical derivation for the vibration frequency of normal model is deduced. By setting the appropriate material parameters, finite element analysis of the normal vocal cords model vibration modal frequencies and corresponding vibration are obtained by using the ANSYS. According to the established model and the choice of material parameters. Vibration, this paper simulate the voice within the scope of the vibration frequency. And in the process of simulation, by changing the model’s hole width,it will affect the frequency of vocal cords vibrating voice.4. According to the physical model of vocal cords on normal vocal cords and pathology of vocal cords (unilateral vocal cord, for example) in the space distribution of the resulting sound pressure are derived, and by using MATLAB to do simulation analysis for the vocal model, the sound pressure which are generated by the normal vocal cords model and pathology of vocal cords in the relationship with the spatial location and the size of the vocal cord hole are obtained. And the unilateral vocal cord and normal vocal sound pressure ratio also shows a certain regularity.Through the study of this paper, certain theoretical basis for the normal voice recognition and voice disease diagnosis and treatment of voice diseases is found to explore and study. Also help to provide important information to perfect the glottis wave, synthesis of more natural voice communication, improve the speech recognition, speech coding optimization techniques.
