The single-valued membership of fuzzy sets make it can’t process and describefuzzy information well. Therefore, in1986, Atanassov expands the theory of classicalfuzzy set, and the intuitionistic fuzzy set is proposed. In1993, W.L.G au and D.J.Buehrer proposed the Vague sets, As another generalizing theory of the fuzzy sets, Itis completely studied with intuitionistic fuzzy set in theory, there is just a slightdifference between the manifestations. Compared to the fuzzy sets, they can be moredelicate and flexible representation and processing fuzzy information, also theyprovide a powerful measurement tools to deal with information and decision-making.On the basis of the theoretical knowledge of the Fuzzy Sets,a comparative studyof intuitionistic fuzzy sets and fuzzy set which enriched the basic theoreticalknowledge of intuitionistic fuzzy sets,Also we research the Intuitionistic fuzzyentropytheory and use the intuitionistic fuzzy entropy in multi-attribute fuzzy decision. Thispaper is mainly involving the following tasks:First, the theoretical basis of knowledge management of fuzzy sets andintuitionistic fuzzy sets is presented, and it gives a brief introduction of the story oftheir properties and algorithms. Second, the entropy of intuitionistic fuzzy sets isstudied. We analysis the existing problems of the intuitionistic fuzzy entropy,then weamend the intuitionistic fuzzy entropy based on the probability entropy on Shannonand a new solving formula of intuitionistic fuzzy entropy is proposed, which fullyconsidered the influence of the degree of hesitation ambiguity. this research willprovide people helping them to understand and describe the ambiguity problems,also an example is making to prove the practicability and validity of the formula.Third, we investigate the relationship between fuzzy entropy relationship similarity measure and distance measure on intuitionistic fuzzy set theory based on learning themutual transformation relationship between the three metrics, then we prove it. Forth,The entropy of intuitionistic fuzzy sets in the application of multiple attribute groupdecision making problems is investigated,One important part of Multiple attributedecision making is to enable the weight of indicators. Whether rational to determinethe index weight directly influences the accuracy and scientificalness of the results ofmultiobjective decision.Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and expert evaluationmethod with a certain degree of subjective and arbitrary, and therefore will affect theaccuracy and reliability of the agent’s decision.In this paper, we use the new intuitivefuzzy entropy formula which is proposed for the index attribute empowerment,Itfully exploits the information contained in the original data, so the evaluation resultsshould be more mathematical theoretical basis and more overall.Therefore, amultiple attribute decision making model based on intuitionistic fuzzy entropy arebuilt up.Finally, the instance of the comprehensive evaluation of a University LibraryReader Satisfaction was studied,which verify the practicability and effectiveness ofthis model.
