Pulsatilla plants are Perennial wild plants, the flowering phase is March and April, The flower Color is blue and purple, Feathery stilus still exist when the flowers are mature which is very chic. Types of early spring plants can be increased if Pulsatilla plants can be introduction and Cultivation in the northern landscape. though the seed production of Pulsatilla is high, its Germination rate is low, which is a difficulty of Large scale cultivation.The paper is Based on the Pulsatilla chinensis (Bunge) Regel, and Pulsatilla dahurica (Fisch) Spreng of Pulsatilla chinensis seeds and Two years seedlings, Research the influence of Light、temperature、seed soaking time and hormone treatment to improve Pulsatilla chinensis (Bunge) Regel and Pulsatilla dahurica (Fisch) Spreng seed germination rate, And study the changes e of physiological and biochemical indexes of Pulsatilla chinensis (Bunge) Regel, and Pulsatilla dahurica (Fisch) Spreng Two years seedlings In PEG stress and drought stress. And with membership function method for its drought resistance were carried on a comprehensive evaluation,Which provide a theoretical basis for the introduction and cultivation of Pulsatilla chinensis in Harbin area.The results show that1. seed germination rate and germination potential of two kinds of Pulsatilla chinensis in a certain temperature range are increased with temperature increased, germination temperature between25℃-30℃suitable Pulsatilla chinensis seeds.2. Light treatment can promote the two kinds of Pulsatilla chinensis seed germination rate and germination; thereis is obvious effect in the soaking time of two kinds of Pulsatilla chinensis germination percentage and germination3.5mg/’L NAA and100mg/L GA3treatment can significantly promote the seed germination rate of Pulsatilla, while10mg/L GA3treatment can significantly promote Xingan pasqueflower seed germination rate, the germination rate can reach82%, can be directly used in production.4.Tread Pulsatilla chinensis (Bunge) Regel and Pulsatilla dahurica (Fisch) Spreng seedlings with different concentrations of PEG, analysis of all kinds of physiological indexes, comprehensive evaluation on the drought resistance of two kinds of Chinese bulbul with subordinate function value method, the result show that the difference of drought resistance increase gradually as the degree of stress,in general, the drought resistance of Pulsatilla chinensis (Bunge) Regel is stronger than Pulsatilla dahurica (Fisch) Spreng.5. The research about physiological and biochemical indicators in Pulsatilla plant leaf in the natural water loss under drought stress treatment show that:two types of drought resistance of the plants of the genus pulsatilla weakened gradually with the extension of drought stress time, the drought resistance Can restore to its original level After the stress elimination, comprehensive evaluation on the drought resistance of two kinds of Chinese bulbul with subordinate function value method, the result show that the drought resistance of Pulsatilla chinensis (Bunge) Regel is stronger than Pulsatilla dahurica (Fisch) Spreng.6.With the increasing of water stress and drought stress, prolong treatment time, the difference Among Pulsatilla chinensis (Bunge) Regel and Pulsatilla dahurica (Fisch) Spreng drought resistance increases.
