With the rapid development of the world economy, the process of industrialization continues to accelerate, the problem of soil pollution in China is facing an unprecedented crisis. Soil is the nature of the subject, is closely related to human survival, and the soil has been polluted by all kinds of pollutants. Soil pollution lead to serious direct economic loss is crop pollution, cutting production. Soil pollution can make the pollutant accumulation in plant object, and through the enrichment of the food chain to humans and animals in the body,harm human and animal health, other diseases. So the management of soil pollution has been the parties seriously. But before for soil pollution control, to understand the status of the various elements in the soil of distribution is a must.There were many spatial analysis involved in the research direction, and there is a very important in the direction of direction-spatial interpolation. The current distribution of element content in soil sampling or dotted, discrete measurements. Only use the discrete information to reflect a region soil elements in the complete information is not enough, we need to know to be unknown points for other data. The spatial interpolation algorithm to solve the problem. Through spatial interpolation algorithm, we can through the known discrete data to infer unknown point data information. At home and abroad of spatial interpolation attaches great importance to in the application of geographic information system, companies in the geographic information system software development are provided some basic interpolation algorithm of spatial analysis module to meet the demand of users the most basic spatial interpolation application. But for many of new or improved spatial interpolation algorithms are based on the MatLab software to realize, application MatLab toolbox can finish work quickly. Therefore, cross-platform application technology makes MatLab combined with geographic information system will be able to meet the user needs more professional updates. Not only can make the results better interpolation algorithm used in geographic information system, the calculation results obviously show on the map, also can make the interpolation algorithm research and development of the geographic information system of separate, independent, greatly improve the efficiency of development.In yunnan province as an example, this paper within the scope of environmental monitoring station in yunnan province for the1718sampling points, sampling data information as the data base. Choice of development environment for Visual Studio2010, the development language is C#and MatLab, the application of AO components and embedded technology established a MatLab C/S structure of the soil elements in spatial interpolation analysis system in yunnan province. And use the radial basis function (RBF) neural network interpolation algorithm for spatial analysis, the analysis results were compared with the traditional spatial interpolation algorithm.This system has realized the trend prediction of soil elements in the distribution in yunnan province, the running result in soil pollution control in yunnan province and governance has some guiding significance.
