Compared with the traditional chemical catalytic asymmetric synthesis, the microbial asymmetric synthesis has a distinct advantage. In the first chapter of the article, the research progress of the microbial asymmetric synthesis was summarized in recent years. The secondary chapter of the article discussed the chemical screening and bioassay on157strains, and three strains (YIM66142, YIM66047and YIM66017) were selected. The antibacterial activities of these157strains to pathogens of Notoginseng were also tested. The secondary metabolites of endogenous actinomycetes YIM61470from Mayt-enus hookeri Loes in Xishuangbanna of Yunnan province were studied.28compounds were isolated and identified by the basis of spectroscopic analyses. They were indentified as (R)-phenylacetic acid glycerides (1), MKN-003C(2),(4S,10R)-4-Hydroxy-10-methyl-ll-oxododec-2-en-1,4-olide (3),5-heptyl-2,5-dihydro-2-furan one (4),5-methyl-21-deoxyuridine (5),2’-deoxyuridine (6), uridine (7), adenosine (8), inosine (9),2,4-dihydroxy-pyrimidine (10),3-indole-carboxylic acid (11), cyclo (Pro-Gly)(12), cyclo (Pro-Phe)(13), cyclo(Pro-Tyr)(14),5,4’-dihydroxy-7-methoxy-6-(2"-isopentenyl)-dihydroflavone (15),5,7,4’-Trihydroxy isoflavones (16),7,4’-dihydroxy isoflavone (17),p-hydroxyacetophenone (18), p-hydroxybenzal--dehyde (19), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (20),(2,4-dihydroxy) a-hydroxy-acetophenon e (21), N-acetyltyramine (22), N-(4-hydroxybenzyl)-acetamide (23),12-Methylbacte riohopanetetrol (24) D-glucose (25), trehalose (26), β-daucosterol (27), soyasaponin I(28).Ccompound1was isolated as a natural product for the first time, and it’s configuration is the R.This indicated that this strain is a new microbial resources which can generate chiral aromatic acid glycerides. Its biocatalytic synthesis for the aromatic acid glycerides can be studied systemic in the future. Compound15was isolated from the microorganism for the first time, and compounds21,23,24were isolated from the Streptomyces.sp firstly.
