In recent years, B physics is one of the "hot point "in particle physics, she provide a good place to test the SM, examine the QCD, probe the origin of CP violation and to search for the new physics. A large number of data have been collected by BaBar and Belle Collaboration in the experiment. At the end of2009LHC experiments started to run, those B meson decays with a branching ratio at the level of10-7-10-6can be measured in the LHC experiments. In addition, the two SuperB Factories in Japan and Italy have been in construction. The success of the experiments provide new opportunities and challenges to theoretical research. In this thesis, we study the two-body charmless hadronic B meson decays in the SM and the2HDM Ⅲ, we calculate the branching ratios and the CP violation of B'PV decays in the framework of the perturbative QCD factorization approach. In the review part of this thesis, the second chapter, firstly we give a short introduction of the standard model, the effective Hamiltonians in weak decays and some factorization approaches to the calculation of hardronic matrix elements. We focus on the PQCD fac-torization approach which will be used in this paper. In third chapter, we make a brief review about the2HDM, focus on the third type of the Two-Higgs-Doublet model, i.e., the Model@. In the CCK scenario, we calculate the new physics part of the Wilson coefficients, coming from the loop contribution of the charged Higgs, draw the constraint on parameter space of model Ⅲ from currently available data. We find that the new physics corrections to C1,..., C10are very small, but the one to C$g is rather large. In the chapter four, we calculate the new physical corrections of twelve B'PV(△s=1) decay channels. Comparing the PQCD predictions with the new experimental results. We find:①The new physical corrections can provide an enhancement about50~120%to the branching ratios of B'KΦ(K*π) decays, while the values of the direct CP-violations decreased obviously.②The new physics (NP) corrections to the branching rations of B'Kρ(ω) decays are small, only about-10%; the NP efforts to the direct CP-violations are also very small.③For B'KΦ(K*π) decays, the branching ratios and the direct CP-violations are sensi-tive to the variations of mH+. For B'Kρ(ω) decays, however, the mH+dependence are weak. The data prefer a mH+in the range of100-300GeV.④For three relevant decays, the NP corrections in the2HDM Ⅲ to Sf are very small. In the last chapter, a short summary and some remarks on future developments of B physics are given.
