The Research About Public Official’s Income Distribution Gap

Public official’s income distribution is increasingly cause more concern, the distribution of the income of Public official in line with priority to efficiency taking into account the principle of fairness, efficiency related to the whole of the public official, public officials related to the research income of public officials has an important image in people’s minds,practical and theoretical significance.This paper aims to study public official’s income distribution gap.Methods employed include documentation and comparative analysis.The results show that the income of public officials there are some anomaly, such as:the gap between the average income of public officials and other parts of the industry practitioners is too large; civil servants large income gap between different regions; income gap is too wide between the different sectors of the public official; different large income gap between the positions of civil servants. The reasons for these unreasonable phenomenon:the public official income gap caused by the level of economic development; the gray income led to the public official income gap; administrative costs led to the public official income gap. To this end, we propose some solutions:the income gap widening reasonable; improve the fiscal transfer payment system; increase efforts governance gray income of civil servants; establish and improve the special public official wage law.
