Study On The Preventive Mechanism Of Duty Crimes Of Procuratorate

An effective prevention of the duty crime is one of the procuratorate’s important function. The enhance of the duty crime prevention mechanism will not only crack down, but also prevent the duty crime efficiently, which have a significant influence in elevating its image and credibility of law enforcement. After a long time exploration by the practice department and academia, the duty crime prevention mechanism has gained some achievements. However, with the further development of the society and the advance of the work on duty crime prevention, the environment and is becoming more complex. This leads to a series of problems in the crime prevention mechanism development, such as:lack of absolute longitudinal leadership conductor mechanism, lack of effective lateral coordination and cooperation mechanism, lack of reasonable supervision mechanism, lack of a scientific propaganda and education mechanisms, ect. Those problems have great negative impact on the prevention of the duty crime. Procuratorial organs should constructed a scientific duty crime prevention mechanism in four aspects:First, establish vertical "integration" prevention mechanisms. Second, establish horizontal "integration "prevention mechanisms. Third, establish scientific and reasonable oversight mechanisms. Fourth, establish scientific propaganda and education mechanisms.
