With the development of global economy, governments at all levels need to absorbmore professional technicians who possess knowledge of international finance, ITand law. By means of instructions and services from these professionals, it can helpgovernments at all levels to promote the public management effectively andscientifically and to provide better public products and public services for the society.The public security system of ZS city has attempted the system of the public securityemployees by the past few years. In the process of management, it can be found outthat there are some management and system problems, such as fair job satisfaction leveland considerate employee mobility which have greatly affected the employees’ workingenthusiasm and efficiency. Consequently, it has an important significance to researchand study the job satisfaction level of these employees for the purpose of promoting thislevel.This article summarizes the current studying situation on government employeesinternally and internationally, which supplies reference for researching. Afterwards, itsorts out the related theories of job satisfaction level and introduces the concept, theinfluencing factors, the measuring and function of job satisfaction level, which has laida good foundation for ZS public security system to analyze and study the jobsatisfaction level. Furthermore, it defines the concept and content of public securityemployees and briefs the present state of the public security employees’ system aroundthe country. Based on all these, this article proceeds with the current implementingsituation of public security employee system, summarizes and analyzes the practice andresults of the system, and investigates and analyzes the job satisfaction level which isthe focal point, probes into the causes of fair job satisfaction level, thus puts forward thestrategic suggestions to promote the job satisfaction level of ZS public securityemployees from a point of view of the factual situation of ZS public security system.The researches in this article not only provide valuable reference for promoting thejob satisfaction of ZS public security employees but also provide beneficial experiencefor promoting it in other cities.
