Community Correction has been into full boost phase in2009since it had been carriedout the pilot in two batches in18provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) in china in2003. Practice has proved that in recent years, community correction is in line with the statusquo of China’s current stage of economic and social development, in line with the practicalneeds of the masses. Community Corrections in China has experienced a "nothing" to"something", from the "general" to "specific" process. Achievements of Minors CommunityCorrection as well as the existence of the problem make more and more experts and scholarsrecognize that it is importance to correct people in accordance of their aptitude." they alsoput forward many constructive comments in light of the psychological and physiologicalcharacteristics of the minors. The regions also build a unique community correction ofminors according to the regional economic and cultural characteristics showing a flourishingand prosperous situation.However, because of the urban-rural dual structure of China rural minor defendersCommunity Corrections did not attract much attention. And the minor defenders in rural areasdidn’t have an optimistic situation. On one hand, the juvenile delinquency problem of ruralmembership is multiple and complex. On the other hand, the justice system of city excludedthe rural membership minors who need the help most outside the Community Correction. Thisnew form of judicial injustice not only desecrate the judicial justice, but also been harmful tothe construction of the harmonious society.In this article, the author analyzes the existing problems based on the current ruralsituation and put forward Community Correction mode from a perfect views according to thecharacteristics of minor defenders.investigated in the correction of the status quo of localrural communities based on analysis of, combined with and minor defenders in rural areasin the first part,we defined the research subject of the article,and expand the scope of theCommunity Corrections in a appropriate way.In the second part,we elaborated thehistorical origins and current situation of the Community Correction; In the third part，wefocus on the necessity and urgency of rural minor defenders Community Correction; In Partfour we had a clear concept of rural communities and an in-depth analysis of the positiveand negative factors.We lay the foundation for rural communities correction mode in thecontext of the new rural construction; the fifth part described the status quo problems and reasons.
