Research On Rural Democratic Development In Building A New Rural Construction

Building new socialist countryside is a strategic task put forward by Party and theCountry, and to strengthen the construction of rural democratic construction is not onlyan important content of socialist new countryside and the political guarantee, but also animportant condition for the construction of a harmonious new countryside. With thecontinuous development of reform, the socialist political civilization of our country hasobtained great progress, especially the development of democracy at the grassroots levelpolitics, but at the same time, various kinds of interests’ conflict and the conflict is alsogrowing. The key to solve these problems is to strengthen politics construction anddemocracy at the local level, especially in the current period which in order to build anew socialist countryside, the meaning of the rural social stability is critical. TheEighteenth National Congress report stressed that firmly marched on the path ofsocialism with Chinese characteristics and made further in reforming the politicalstructure; put the democracy construction in the outstanding position, supported andensured that the people exercise state; and comprehensively promoted rule of law,deepened the reform of the administrative system; Established and improved the powerrestriction and supervision system, at the same time, consolidated and developed thebroadest possible patriotic united front. In recentyears, Achievements in rural political development is obvious to all, but behind theseachievements, we also should see some problems in them. In order to achieve a higherlevel of political democratization, realize people’s autonomy, we have to face and analyzethese problems, then we can look for the countermeasures to solve them, deal with thedevelopment of democracy at the grassroots level politics rationally. Based on theinvestigation of countryside democracy at the grassroots level politics constructionsituation in Suyu District of Suqian City, we summarize it’s achievements of ruraldemocratic politics, analyze the existing problems and reasons of new rural democraticpolitical construction, put forward the specific measures to solve the problems.
