The agreement of connubial loyalty referes to both men and women before marriage or after marriage who reach an greerment for the purpose of faithful duty of husband and wife. It is a kind of personal relationship agreement. In terms of maintaining its effectiveness, the agreement of connubial loyalty is null. The agreement of connubial loyalty should be adjusted in the range of moral. According to the theory of analysis, the agreement of connubial loyalty is null.
