With the development of the society and economy, Chinese non-profit organizations reform rapidly, and face numerous problems and challenges, one of which is employee performance management. Therefore, this thesis taking ET fund for example, based on the existing problems of employee performance management system, suggests the optimization plan for this system to mobilize employee enthusiasm and promote work efficiency, and provide reference for sound development of non-profit organizations and employee performance management system.First, using document analysis method classified the relevant documents of domestic and overseas non-profit organization employee performance management as this thesis theoretical basis. Then by means of questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews, investigated the current situation of ET fund, and found the following issues:the fund without effective performance indicator; employee performance evaluation not in time; the results for performance management not related to stimulation and so on, which cause employee working without passion, and the outflow of talent. To solve these issues, there are four aspects to optimize performance management systems, which are performance implementation, evaluation, feedback, and stimulation, in order to make employee work harder, promote work value, retain the talent, and finally reach the goal of improvement of whole competiveness and public trust.
