Sdudy On The Administrative Accountability System About Chinese Food Safety

Food safety problem is the hot issues of the world; the security of food not only reflects the country economic development but also reflects the development of social civilization. Chinese food safety events occur frequently, indicating that there are serious problems of food safety, also exposed our shortcomings in food safety supervision. At present, the study of food safety responsibilities is basically about the civil liability of operators and food safety regulatory, rarely involves the study of regulatory responsibility. I put forward some suggestions about the administrative accountability system of Chinese food safety through analyze the current situation from the administrative law perspective. In addition to the introduction and the conclusion, the article includes four chapters. The first chapter is about the analysis of the general concept about the administrative accountability system of Chinese food safety, analyzing the importance of the administrative accountability system of Chinese food safety after define the food safety supervision and the administrative accountability system. The second chapter is the analysis about the current situation of the administrative accountability system of Chinese food safety in order to find the problem. The third chapter is the reasons about why the administrative accountability system of Chinese food safety exist weak point. The fourth chapter is about how to improve the administrative accountability system of Chinese food safety.
