To make juvenile criminals re-socialization should become current concern in our country. Negative effects of crime record are so great that may make the juvenile offenders suffer long-term psychological blow, thus lose the confidence of returning to good, can’t return to society and turn over a new leaf, which is likely to commit crime again if they lose hope for society.At present, the minor criminal record seal system is ascendant in China, because the system can eliminate the shortcomings of criminal record, which has gradually been praised in our country. The practice from the grass-roots contribute absorption of the system by Amendment eight and criminal litigation law.The author had the opportunity to participate in pilot and fully opreation work on eliminating juvenile criminal records in Dezhou and feel deeply.so, from the development of eliminating juvenile criminal records in the world and practical exploration of Dezhou, this article describes developing history of eliminating juvenile criminal records、current situation of legislation and existing problems and insufficiencies, and further puts forward suggestions of perfecting our country’s minor criminal record seal system, it hopes to be able to provide reference for the development and perfection of our country juvenile criminal record seal system.
