Marx’s Ecological Civilization Thought And Its Contemporary Significance

The ecological civilization construction was promoted to thesame height as economic, political, cultural and social constructionfor the first time in the18th congress report of Communist party ofChina. It was listed as one of the general layouts of “five-in-one” toconstruct the Chinese characteristics socialism, and became animportant part of the task to build up a well-off society in anall-round way, which indicated that China’s modernizationtransformation has entered a new stage officially.In this paper, from connotation and denotation definition ofecological civilization concept, the time characteristics of Marx’secological civilization thought was revealed through the discussionof its theoretical basis and main content. And on this basis,combined with China’s national conditions, the development ofMarx’s ecological civilization thought in China was explored fromthe practice and innovation level, and the its Sinicization way wasdiscussed from the theoretical innovation level, and the its guidingsignificance to the Chinese characteristics ecological civilizationconstruction was deep excavated.
