This study attempted to use qualitative research methods, through fieldinvestigation to the northwest of a large state-owned enterprise, on the basis offirst-hand information, from the perspective of sociology from the perspective of newinstitutionalism to explore and analysis: the market in the process of transformation oflarge state-owned enterprises (typical unit) situation of labor control mode change.This paper tries to explain three questions: first, what is the market transition of laborcontrol mode in state-owned enterprises; second, how workers react with this laborcontrol mode; third, what is the institutional factors affecting the change in laborcontrol mode.This study is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the basic problems ofthe research on the base of research background, explains the research purpose andsignificance of the research, and reviews and summarizes the domestic and foreignscholars on the basic ideas of classical control labor, then summarizes the commoncontribution of these classical theories and existing problems; the second chapter isabout the the main concept of the research, the theory and specific research methods;the third chapter introduces the Northwest companies--a large state-ownedenterprises under the market economy system, develop and use labor control rules; inthe fourth chapter, experience, solid materials used in detail on the market economysystem workers are described and analyzed. The reaction of labor control mode; thefifth chapter empirical materials based on the materials collected and a large numberof detailed, through the detailed observation, embarks from the sociologicalperspective of the new institutionalism, analysis of the specific labor control modeand the control mode of the system change of labor market logic system "typical unit";the sixth chapter summarizes the conclusions of this study.In this study, the sixth chapter in the new institutionalism in sociologyperspective summarizes the conclusions of this study: first, both compulsory andidentity under the market economic system, but the identity of labor control modefactors than the mandatory factors, first through the clear the system to implement thecontrol behavior standard working mode control of this kind of labor, also introducedthe reward and punishment mechanism to enhance the enthusiasm of the workers, andthen complete the business objectives; followed by the spiritual and moral educationworkers have a sense of belonging, improve working enthusiasm of the workers, thecompletion of business objectives. Second, explain the typical unit of labor marketsystem control model changes the legitimacy of the system logic, including changesin the external institutional environment influence on labor control mode change,change and internal system environment of labor control mode change function.
