To Construct A Harmonious Society Of Inner Mongolia From The Perspective Of Cultural Security

Investigated from the view of cultural security, survival and development ofculture is an important factor to promote the harmonious development of the society,the culture is the common ideological foundation for the development of humansociety and provides an inexhaustible motive force and intellectual support for thedevelopment of human and society. Inner Mongolia as a national cultural area, thecultural security is mainly reflected in the mainstream ideology security and thegrassland culture of prosperity and development, and between these two aspects arecomplementary relationship, as a whole, it is foundation and guarantee to construct aHarmonious Society of Inner Mongolia.This paper based on the characteristics of Inner Mongolia culture, the complexityand the hidden characteristics of cultural security, from the perspective of culturalsecurity to study how to construct a Harmonious Society of Inner Mongolia. In thispaper, the cultural security as the main line will be closely integrated with the politics,economy and information society of Inner Mongolia, from the ideology security,culture industry development and information society three aspects to analysis andresearch how to construct a Harmonious Society of Inner Mongolia, and puts forwardcorresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction ofresearch purpose, significance, status, methods and innovations under the backgroundof the present culture security research situation and the features of Inner Mongoliaculture. The second chapter mainly on the concept and connotation of culture, securityand cultural security, and described the theory of Harmonious Society in detail,According to the theory of non-traditional security, cultural research and the regionalcultural security to provide this paper theoretical basis. The third chapter is tightlyaround the main lines that cultural security is the security of ideology and values. Thethird chapter foundation on the theory of non-traditional security to analyze thethreat and risk of the Harmonious Society construction in Inner Mongolia includesglobalization, the specificity of Inner Mongolia culture security, religious culture and ecological civilization four aspects. According to the social being is the foundation ofsocial consciousness to research the deficiencies and problems of Inner Mongoliaculture and cultural industries how to influence the Harmonious Society constructionof Inner Mongolia. According to the first element of cultural security is information,analyzed the risks and problems of Inner Mongolia under the background ofinformation age. The fourth chapter put forward countermeasures and suggestions ofhow to construct a harmonious Inner Mongolia.
