CSR International Legislation Explore

CSR is short for Corporate Social Responsibility，the Chinese translation of "corporatesocial responsibility". The late20th century, with the accelerated process of economicglobalization, multinational companies in the world within the scope of the process of thetransfer of production and trade competition caused by environmental， labor rights,commercial bribery and other social problems gradually exposed and exacerbated CSRstarted to become a worldissues.CSR is one of the hot topics of the international social science research field.CSRdevelopment of guidelines，the United Nations Global Compact，the OECD MultinationalEnterprises Guidelines， the ILO’s Tripartite Declaration of Principles concerningMultinational Enterprises and Social Policy "，the Commission on Human Rights of theUnited Nations Transnational Corporations and other business enterprises with regard tohuman rights standards "，" SA8000social Accountability International， a wide range ofinternational influence.CSR countries more and more attention these international standards,this article elaborate CSR from four aspects： The first part has a theoretical basis for thedefinition of CSR and CSR from different scholars and the legal nature of CSR and CSRCSR basic definition，to form a basic understanding of corporate social responsibility；Thesecond part of the departure from the the international legislative point of view of thecorporate social responsibility，background and course of development of internationallegislation on corporate social responsibility，so as to achieve a deep understanding ofcorporate social responsibility in international legislation；The third part of the GlobalCompact， Social Accountability International’s SA8000"and" ISO260000three majorinternational CSR standards by the breakdown of the study，to achieve understanding of thecontent and requirements of CSR international legislation further also explained theinnovation of the of CSR legislation on the basic theory of traditional international law，aswell as the development trend of the CSR international legislation；Fourth part of the mainbasis for the positive and negative impacts of CSR international legislation put forwardsuggestions and countermeasures to improve our CSR，these responses are reflected in threeaspects：(1) reasonable design and build the implementation of corporate social responsibility to the specific system；(2) the legal system should be based on the interests of the communitybased to standardize enterprise external behavior；(3) the use of the full range of multi-partylegal mechanisms to coordinate market behavior of enterprises.In this paper，the current development of domestic and international corporate socialresponsibility legislation，from a legal perspective reveals CSR international trends，summarized the characteristics and trend of the contemporary CSR international legislationmovement，reflection CSR international rules on the development and influence of thetraditional theory of international law system，analysis of the problems, the departure fromrealism, propose targeted to the perfection of corporate social responsibility recommendationsand measures.In this paper, the research methods using a combination of international law，international politics, international relations，economic law multidisciplinary，accuratelygrasp the latest trend of CSR international legislation，in-depth analysis of the theoreticalbasis of the CSR international rules，detailed study on China revelation，so that China’scorporate social responsibility into a higher level.
