| The18th national congress of our party reports pointed out that improving citizens’moral quality is the basic task of the socialist moral construction. Teenagers are thefuture of our motherland, nation’s hope; their moral quality status is related to theconstruction and development of the socialist society. Therefore, obtaining from thecultivation good moral behavior habits is the starting point and the final destination ofstrengthening teenagers’ ideological and moral education and develops well, and it isalso the difficult point, the key point and weak link in ideological and moral educationof the adolescent. Combining with the moral practical situation of the youth to explorethe effective way is necessary. At present, experts and scholars have developed a certaintheoretical system on moral formation education, however, there are still someshortcomings in the implementation ways to develop education: insufficient attention,the lack of relevance and effectiveness and so on. Greater emphasis on moral formationeducation needs society, school, and family to stand together on the basis of theachievements of adolescent morality already attained. At the same time, it is necessaryto constantly explore new laws and new characteristics of adolescent morality education,according to the characteristics of the adolescent physical and mental developmentwhen strengthening moral cultivation education. With the guidance of socialist corevalues, put forth new methods according with the practice of youth to promote themoral quality of teenagers continuously towards a higher level, The purpose of thisstudy is to guide education workers to seize the critical period of adolescent moralityeducation, break through the difficulty, overcome weaknesses, make them to developgood moral behavior habits, get into good moral quality, and thus promote theimprovement of quality of citizens’ moral quality and even the entire Chinese nation.
