This paper began with twobasic connotations of government administrative ethics and public interest, discussingthe important role the government administrative ethics construction plays in meetingthe needs of public interest, and deeply analyze that our government is still having theadministrative ethics deficiency at present, It has been found that the main reasons arethe government administrative staffs and some administrations are pursuing themaximization personal and department benefit, but missed the regime of theadministrative operation, and the imperfect of the legal system and less effective socialsupervision, According to the facts above, we propose a suggestion or acountermeasure for government further strengthen the administrative ethics constructionfor meeting the public interest.
