Social development history shows that the operation and development of thesociety is based on certain social order, which makes it possible to continue to existand develop. The rural social order is essential for the operation and development ofthe society and it’s the basis for society’s existence and development.In the transition period, the contemporary China develops rapidly and its societyis going on an unprecedented great change. This kind of transformation and changenot only presents the overall transformation of social structure but also permeates allaspects of the social life. The various society fields include these inevitablyphenomenon in rural society such as rural society’s disorder, without order, chaoseven conflict, which hinder the process of the contemporary China social benignoperation and coordinated development. Therefore, the central committee of CPC setsup the construction of a harmonious socialist society as the great strategic target ofour country social development in new century.To build a harmonious social order in rural areas is the objective requirement ofrealizing the society’s harmony and constructing the new socialist countryside, and tostudy on rural social order is the basis of studying and discussing the theory andpractice of a harmonious society. So the study on the rural social harmonious order isan important theoretical problem and an important realistic problem.The thesis chooses The Study of the Harmonious Rural Social Order as the topic,and uses Marxist harmonious order theory as a guide to find some effective method topromote the development of our country’s rural social order harmony by exploring thebasic law of rural social order’s development. This thesis includes three parts:The first part discusses the basic foundation of realizing the rural social order’sharmony. First of all, it talks marxist harmonious order thought and some mainwestern scholars’ harmonious order theory from the theory basis. Secondly, itanalyzes the main problem of the rural social order and the main reason based onpractice. Then, it expounds the important sighnificance of realizing rural social orderharmony in guaranteeing the rural economic development, strengthening the ruralpolitical stability, promoting the rural culture prosperity, maintaing social stability andunity and protecting the ecological environment harmony.The second part discusses the basic goals and characteristics of the harmonious rural social order. First of all, this thesis defines the connotation of harmonious ruralsocial order and expounds the dialectical relationship between the harmonious ruralsocial order and the harmonious society. Secondly, from the four aspects of promotingthe harmony of man and nature, the harmony of man and society, interpersonalharmony and the person’s own harmony, describes the goal of harmonious rural socialorder. Then, from the five aspects of economic life marketization, political lifedemocratization, cultural diversity, ecological environment harmony and socialmobility ordering, discusses the basic features of the harmonious rural social order.The third part explores the basic ideas of the harmonious rural social order’simplementation. Firstly, the thesis proposes that building a harmonious rural socialorder must insist on these principles such as the principle of scientific development,the principle of fair and open, the principle of collectivism and the principle of honestand friendly. Secondly, it talks we need use the way of putting economy, law,administration and morality in together to promote the process of the harmoniousrural social order. Finall, the thesis expounds that to realize harmonious rural socialorder need work hard from strenthening the party’s leadship in building harmoniousrural social order and the government’s functions of the rural social order’sconstruction, giving play to the rural grassroots organizations, advocating socialorganizations to actively participate in the guidance of the rural social order’sdevelopment and improving the the quality of the new rural farmers and the mainbody of building harmonious rural social order.
