In this paper, it give some thinking about such disputes and related question, Explores such disputes Types, Causes, basic characteristics, legal problem, and so on.This paper is divided into three parts:Part Ⅰ:Types, causes and characteristics of China’s rural land compensation allocation disputes in trial practice.This part of the law from the types, the causes and the characteristics, which are three aspects of China’s rural land requisition compensation allocation disputes has been analyzed.Part Ⅱ:China’s rural land compensation allocation of the main legal issues involved in the dispute. In this section the author discusses the nature of the rural land compensation, composition and attribution, the definition of the distribution of the villagers qualifications and the especial interests of the villagers to the main treatment.
