Land is country’s most important material resources. With the accelerated process of urbanization in China, more and more rural collective land were being expropriated, requisitioned, the disputes of land compensation increasing as well. the distribution of rural land compensation touch to the vital interests of farmers, impact the Stable development of the rural place. If not properly addressed, it will become the new factors of instability, it would severe blockade China’s rural reform and modernization process. Therefore, it would be Urgent priority to solve such disputes. In this paper, it give some thinking about such disputes and related question, Explores such disputes Types, Causes, basic characteristics, legal problem, and so on.This paper is divided into three parts:Part Ⅰ:Types, causes and characteristics of China’s rural land compensation allocation disputes in trial practice.This part of the law from the types, the causes and the characteristics, which are three aspects of China’s rural land requisition compensation allocation disputes has been analyzed.Part Ⅱ:China’s rural land compensation allocation of the main legal issues involved in the dispute. In this section the author discusses the nature of the rural land compensation, composition and attribution, the definition of the distribution of the villagers qualifications and the especial interests of the villagers to the main treatment. The author hope to find solutions through the research of the main legal issues.Part Ⅲ:Exploration of China’s rural land acquisition compensation disputes settlement mechanism. In this section, the author proposes the corresponding solution strategies and recommendations, hopes to provide some practical problems useful reference.
