Research On Social Management Mode Under The Rule Of Law In China

In modern China, social management mode (SMM) is under great pressure,making the adjustment and construction of SMMe a hot topic in academic research. Theresearch, however, seldom touches upon the basic framework and the path to theconstruction of SMM under the rule of law.Under such a background, this paper introduces the history and some basicconcepts of SMM, analyses merits and demerits of the current SMM and the frameworkof SMM under the rule of law, and discusses the path to the construction of SMM underthe rule of law.This paper consists of three parts as follows:The first part introduces the four SMMs in history, the concepts such as socialmanagement, the mode and SMM under the rule of law, and the basic characteristics ofSMM under the rule of law.The second part, based on the introduction of demerits of China’s current SMM,analyze the reasons which conturbute to the demerits.The third part puts forward the basic framework of SMM under the rule of law,which should be constructed from the aspects of strenghtening its construction,optimizing its basis, reforming its content, and perfecting its remedy.
