The Analysis Of Moral Example Impact On Individual Moral In Transition

Moral example is an old and commonplace topic, Our country’s political and economic structure have great changes with the transition of the society, and social member’s outlook on life, values, moral values also have great changes because of economic basis determine superstructure in the transition. In the complicated transformation social background, all kinds of unmoral events occur from time to time, and how to improve the individual morality? In this paper, the author thinks that moral example as a means of enlightenment, which should be the function of model demonstration in the new era, purify the social atmosphere in the spirit of model so as to promote the whole society to the individual moral improvement.At first, this paper clarify the connotation and characteristics of the moral example and the individual morals respectively, and continue to analysis moral example is how to affect individual moral. Then analysis the present situation of the moral example impact on individual moral.The author analyzes the reasons of moral example power weakening from the social environment, their own moral example and the social individual three aspects during the transitional period. Finally, From seven aspects such as government system、model building and promotion and so on, to find method to improve moral example in improving individual moral.
