Integrity Evaluation:the Clean And Honest Government In The Eyes Of College Student

No matter in China or other parts of the world, the government’s incorruption has become an important factor in the survival of the ruling power, the rulers have to focus on the public attention all the time as an important social problem. The core issue of party to build a clean government is the party’s flesh-and-blood contacts with the people closely. The people for the movement of evaluation is to build a clean government is the most need to hear, they can reflect the status of Party and government, can reflect the existence in the construction of the problem. Evaluation of anti-corruption succeed or not, to a great extent, is to see whether the recognition and satisfaction, he students in this group have higher literacy and awareness, there is relatively close to the level of knowledge, is the main source of future civil servants. College students as the representative of the young, the hope of the nation, the backbone of the future society, survey the perception of them is very important.This paper mainly adopt the method of quantitative study and survey study. through random sampling method from Nanchang University students get their honest evaluation data. Based on such a large sample survey data, this paper analyses students’ evaluation of status quo of the cultivation objective, and through the quantitative analysis of the factors that affect the integrity evaluation. This study to college students for the current corruption of cognition as a dependent variable. add the participants’ home environment factors as control variables, the surrounding events, peripheral instance, social trust, the government trust and perception of related social phenomenon as the independent variable. Using SPSS19.0software analysis of survey data, and then using the principal component analysis method to measure college students integrity evaluation the project to make the factor analysis, to extract the12common factor, then through carries on the regression model analysis, finally concluded that the cultivation of college students evaluation is mainly influenced by five factors, they respectively are:the government credibility, integrity, system, the government efficiency, the government, culture, national geographic (according to the extent size). Among them, the government credibility, integrity, system, the government performance is closely relative to the three independent variables and dependent variable, the government climate factor and national geographic factor negative correlation.In this regard, we should be "right", persist in advancing the mechanisms of administrative efficiency, improve the integrity systems, and enhance the policy of the ICAC implementation of more effective, efficient tree clean fresh air, improve the satisfaction of the public and government departments to improve the public and clean government, re-plastic eyes of the public "clean government."...
