On The Protection And The Perfection Of The Chinese Minors’ Sexual Rights By Criminal Law

Strengthening the protection of our Criminal Law to the minors’sexual Rights has a positive significance to the growth of the Chinese minors and the future development of China. There are still many deficiencies to the protection of the minors’sexual Rights on the Criminal Law. These defects make sexual rights of minors get no protection completely. Combined with the practical, the purpose of this article is to improve the protection system of the minors’sexual Rights of Criminal Law. In the chapter of this article, we try to solve the problem of the Chinese minors’sexual Rights on Criminal Law. In this part of the article, we propose the suggestions for improvement of the protection of the minors’sexual Rights on the Criminal Law, and modify certain provisions about the minors’sexual Rights of the Criminal Law. One of the suggestions is to unify the title of the minors in the clause of the Criminal Law. The other suggestion is to strength our Criminal Law for the protection of the minors’sexual Rights in the Internet pornography crime.
