| With the rapid development of China’s social and economic, degree of aging gradually deepened, the traditional model of family pension is facing enormous challenges, which adds to the burden of home care. The single family support is far from being able to meet the elderly’s needs. Therefore, in advance of the socialization of social welfare, speeding up the socialization of caring for the aged to further improve our country’s welfare system is of great urgency. Under this background and based on the socialization of social welfare theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, this paper describes the history of Z nursing home, and then discuss the present situation and difficulties in development for Z nursing home. Besides, using the strategical framework of environmental analysis is to analyze the key factors which affect the development of Z nursing home. It is found that:From the current situation of the development of Z nursing home, there are some dilemmas existing in the development. The dilemmas are mainly policy, financing, management, medical service and human resources dilemma.From the affect factors of development of Z nursing home, it is think that the development of Z nursing home is influenced by many factors, including Macro-social envirment, supervision department, competitors, internal environment of Z nursing home, and individual demands of service objects. Specifically, firstly, Macro-social environment is the basis for the development of Z nursing home. Secondly, supervision department plays an important role for standardized operation. Thirdly, competitors promote the improvement of Z nursing home objectively. Fourthly, internal environment of Z nursing home determines the ability of development. Lastly, individual demands of service objects determine derection and service level of Z nursing home.Based on above conclusions, this paper observes that as the typical of the private pension institutions, Z nursing home needs to find the wayouts. To the specific, firstly, the government should carry out the relevant policies; secondly, diversified financial support can promote operation capability of Z nursing home; thirdly, management level should be improved and participation management should be encouraged for old people; fourthly, maintaining Z care home and promoting the mode of combining endowment and medical treatment; fifthly, to further enhance the professionalism of service personals is necessary. |
