Studies On The Political Attitude Stability Of Low-income Farmers

Under the constant push of reform and opening up, increasing demand for material benefits of low-income farmers and emerging social conflicts in rural areas, by studing the political attitude stability of low-income farmers to infer the stability situation of the rural socail development is the necessity of the stability of rural social life even that of the whole society. Based on the method of combining theory with practice,the research in the southern farming areas in Xiaodian District of Taiyuan City and anthor’s actual experience in rural areas, this thsis is to do a research on the political attitude stability of low-income farmers and explores the relationship between the situation of political attitude stability of this group and the healthy development of society. In turn, the author finds problems step by step from points to surface, from individual to general and from special to common makes pointed countermeasures. To some extent, the thesis does some researches can provide experience for the whole society, effectively provides basis for the party and government leaders to make help policies, thus provides theory basis and methods for the work on the stabilizing the political attitude of the low-income farmers.This thesis consists of four parts:the first part is the introduction, including the research home and abroad on the stability of political attitude of low-income farmers, the significance of the study and the research scope, object and methods.Chapter I introduces the basic situation of political attitude stability of low-income farmers from the aspects of overall situation,specific situation and the overall evaluation of the stability of political attitude of this group.Chapter II analyzes the primit problem of political attitude stability of low-income farmers, firstly,lack of confidence in the capability of government leaders; secondly, further improvement on the identification of some farming policies and social insurence in rural areas; thirdly, great dissatisfaction on the gap between high and low income and between rich and poor; forthly, great dissatisfaction on the rich out; fifthly, further improvement on the relationship between the cadres and the masses; sixth confusion on the development of prospects. This six factors above is the main factors that influences the political attitude stability of low-income farmers.Chapter III provides some countermeasures to improve the political attitude stability of low-income farmers. Firstly, to make sure the active attitude of the low-income farmers; secondly, to improve capability the primary government leaders; thirdly, to deal with various problems with various measures according to the situations of low-income farmers; fourthly, to guide the moral value orientation of the rich groups; fifthly, to construct the evaluation system of the political attitude stability of low-income farmers.
