The Retaliation System is the final remedy in the World Trade OrganizationDispute Settlement Mechanism, it has important significance to the disputessettlement in the implementation process. It has a very important practicalsignificance that research on how to apply the Retaliation System, to safeguardChina’s legitimate rights under the framework of the World Trade Organization. Thisarticle based on the existing research results of the Retaliation System introductionand analysis to finish the research on Retaliation System.The full text is divided into four parts. First, the article described the concept and characteristics of WTOretaliation, and then analyed the comparative analysis of different revenge RetaliationSystem of WTO and international public law and international trade. At first, this chapter introduces the applicable range of WTO revenge andretaliation rights reference program, which to clarify the conditions and restrictions ofWTO Retaliation System.The third chapter and the fourth chapter is the core of this chapter. Focuses onthe existing problems of WTO Retaliation System and suggestions for improvementthis system, and then study the practice of WTO retaliation system in China.The fourth chapter discussed WTO Retaliation System and the practice in China.First introduces the general situation about the participation in China, then it focuseson how to use WTO Retaliation System in China, which including the attitude ofChina’s implementation of WTO revenge. On the reform of WTO Retaliation Systemshould hold positions and countermeasures that should be adopted by the China’strade retaliation.Overall I think, as a dispute settlement case of last resort, solution mechanism tothe normal operation, the whole dispute has important significance that can not beignored, but should be used carefully and take good use of it.
