Inthis context, the efficient government, in the midst of growing, whether it can develop andplay its due role or not, in the rapid development period of socialist modernizationconstruction and social transition, the key lies in whether the administrative manager, cangrasp the Chinese contemporary administrative culture and to better promote theconstruction of government efficiency or not.
