How to cause the KMT (Wuhan) to carry out the basic policy ofland revolution under the premise of maintaining the united front, the Comintern andthe Central Committee of the CPC entered into endless argument, and Tan Ping-shanhas difficulty in taking a step to carry the policies in the actual work because he notonly affected by the policy of the Central Committee of the CPC, but also should obeythe policy of the Comintern as well as the WNG’s resolution. In addition, his ownpolitical views and opinions comforted by the own thinking of the times andsurroundings are different with other parties. After the failure in the Great Revolution,Tan Ping-shan was severely criticized by the Comintern and the Central Committee ofthe CPC.
