With the deepening of reform and opening up, China’s economy has agreat development,and China’s automobile industry also has been asignificant development, automotive era has stepped into the lives of theChinese people, China has become the largest automobile consumer in theworld.But at the same time, more and more automobile recalls appears inpeople’s vision, in2004, Administering regulation for recall defectedautomobile quality product as the first department regulation about recallsystems of defected automobiles product in China.but defective automobilerecall system is still a lot of controversies. with comparative study,thisessay introduces the basic concepts of defective automobile recall systembased on the comparison of what constitutes a car recall system, combinedwith the advanced experience of the United States, summed up the controversies of the the recall system in China, and put forward proposalsto improve the system.This essay is divided into three parts, the first part, we analysis the defectrecall system and comparison system that protect the interests ofconsumers, It will help us to know the auto defect recall system; in thesecond part,we will analysis the status of the recall system America andChina.we will analysis the recall system between the United States and China,and then compare recall system between the United States and China; in theanalysis of defective auto recall system，we should learn advancedexperience from the United States, and put forward relevant proposals toimprove our existing defective auto recall system.
