The need of states for ideal political model to implement differs because eachstate has different political, economic and cultural etc. unique characteristics of itself. Therefore, it’s almost impossible for a state to identically copy any other state’spolitical model. However, by evaluating and analyzing cause-and-effect relationbetween that particular state’s regime, political system, political model and theiroutcomes, we can learn from that state’s experience, which may help us to understandbetter what kind of system we need to implement in order to accomplish idealstandards for our state. Among all the different political models that academics andpoliticians have been suggesting, Singapore’s political model has a uniqueattractiveness for China, in addition to its stronger plausibility by means of emulatingin China. Compared to other political models the Singapore model is more successfulowing to the fact that Singapore became the world’s one of the most prosperous, richest states just within more than40years and since its foundation Singapore’slong-ruling People Actions Party has been able to build an effective andcorruption-free government. That is what makes the Singapore’s political model moreplausible for China. Furthermore, Singapore and China have many similarities in terms of their cultural background and social structure. Hence, there are certainaspects of the political model of Singapore from which China can learn.
