Since then, Burglary becomes an official expression of criminal law, and the behavior of burglary has become one of the forms of larceny.This article is going to discuss the basic theory, considering Burglary behavior as the start point and objective, from the concept, constitutive requirements, the understanding of the elements of constitutive requirements, and criminal pattern of Burglar, and will concrete on the definition of invading house, the relationship between invading house robbery and amount of the robbery, identification of invading house criminal, and the discussion and standard of not-fulfilled of the crime.In the end, this article analysis the cross-referencing of invading house robbery and other burglary patterns. The newly added three behavior of theft make larceny more detailed. The pattern of the behavior of theft is not appeared alone. There is reduplication, cooperation-competition and conflicting.
