Research On Old-age Care Institutions Of Kazuo Based On The SWOT

Level of social security in China in recent years has made significant improvementin the level, but the consequent acceleration of the process of China’s aging populationand the increasing demand for care, elderly dependents in China is a serious shortage ofcapacity and scale. Chinese aging population has a special reality, that is,“before gettingrich old. China is still a developing country, the total economy has not yet reached thestandards of developed countries, and there is a long distance between China and thedeveloped country in per capita GDP. Such a low level of economic development is theonly way to bear such a high degree of population aging, China needs to open up a thepension functions of society on the road, the improvement of the social care servicesystem, the development of pension institutions would help to resolve this problem.Current pension institutions including nursing homes, apartments for the elderly, nursinghome, elderly care homes, a carrier of life care services for the elderly. How is the case ofthe elderly in Kazuo County? What about the pension institutions development in KazuoCounty? What are the problems of pension agency in Kazuo County? What are thecauses of these problems? How to develop Kazuo County pension institutions in thefuture? These are questions to be answered in this article. In this paper, through fieldinterviews, telephone interviews, literature research methods, first Kazuo County agingand the development of pension institutions were investigated and analyzed, followed bySWOT analysis detailed analysis of the impact of Kazuo County pension institutions tothe development of centralized factor. In the final chapter of the article put forwardsuggestions and strategies for the development of Kazuo County pension institutions.The conclusions of this study are: Kazuo County as a poverty-stricken county inwestern Liaoning is also facing the problem of aging. In recent years, Kazuo Countyelderly population is growing faster. The traditional model of family pension has beenunable to meet the pension needs of the elderly. Although the Kazuo County home_community endowment is in the growing trend, but the effect is not significant enough.Through a survey of the situation of the elderly in Kazuo County, Kazuo County elderlydeepening degree of aging, the rapid growth of the absolute number of older persons, theaccelerated development of the degree of aging, and physical condition are notoptimistic. Through the survey analysis the author has found that the main carrier ofKazuo County pension agency is a government-run center and homes for the elderly,nursing home for the elderly, but there is still a small amount of social foster care for theelderly, mostly because of physical disabilities, no time to be taken care of or not accustomed to life with their children. Nursing home for the elderly life satisfaction,self-care situation is not optimistic. Operation through self-management, self-service,nursing home orderly, protect concentration dependent demand played an important rolein meeting. Kazuo County pension institutions has many problems: the shortage ofpension funds, the single source of funds, low level of specialization in pension agencyservices, lack of participation, pension institutions improper allocation of medicalresources, low agreement of living in pension institution. To this end, the author hascome up with five recommendations for Kazuo pension institutions: increasinggovernment spending, encouraging the community to donate; improving the professionallevel of pension services, increasing the intensity of training staff, the introduction ofprofessionals; encouraging the participation of non-governmental organizations;improving the allocation of medical resources; increasing publicity to improve the degreeof recognition of the pension agency.
