Since the Shenzhen special zone come into being, millions of peasant worker come here. They took an active part in the construction of Shenzhen special zone, and made a great contribution to the economic construction of Shenzhen special zone. At the same time, they also take there a series of social problem. From the end of19th to the beginning of20th century, as the people born in1980s and1990s become the main part of the new-age peasant worker gradually. They have their distinct character compare with olden peasant worker. Due to the limitation of the system、policies and measure of our country and the own problem of themselves. They lead to a lot of social problem. These problems make the peasant worker and the city couldn’t mix together easily. The reason of this problem is the contrast between the country and the city. The contrast make the peasant worker lose their balance and produce many ideological problems. To solve this problem, firstly, we need to use the ideological and political education to lead the peasant worker to establish correct viewpoint on the life、the world and the value. Then it also needs to get a clear understanding of the problem in the ideological and political education of the peasant worker. We should take all kinds of ways to strengthen the ideological and political education. It’s the most important problem.In this article, it firstly introduces the definition and characteristic of the new-age peasant worker. Then it elaborates the general situation of the new-age peasant worker and political education of new-age peasant worker in Shenzhen. At last, the article gives the measure on how to solve the problem of ideological and political education of the new-age peasant worker. In order to solve all these problem, we can deepen the reform of system、optimize the environment of the ideological and political education、make clear and definite of the main part of education enrich the substance of education、establish sound educational organization. For the problem of ideological construction and organize shortcoming, we can set an example from party member to lead the peasant worker. We can also make the set up and use of the social organization more widespread. And we can change the working method in the ideological and political education for peasant worker.
