Study On Legal Protection System Of China’s Traveling Line Design Results

Tourism industry is one of the pillar industries in China. But now tourism marketof China is filled with a lot of bad phenomena. The phenomena impede the tourismindustry in the fine and orderly development. For it, as the product, traveling lineslack of design and innovation is the leading cause of recognized. Therefore, in orderto promote traveling line design innovation, we need to use the legal system topromote the traveling line. However, we lack of the specific system of legalprotection now.In this regard, in the first part of this article, The author defined the departurefrom the concept of traveling line and traveling line design results into the details ofthe basic theory of the traveling line design results legal protection system, definedthe essence of the legal protection of traveling line should be the traveling line designresults. Thus, the author further analyzed the right to property of the traveling linedesign results, laid the foundation to explore the specific application of the system oflegal protection.In the second part of this article, the author analyzed the defects of the existinglegal system applicable to protect traveling line design results. Not only to addressthe topic of this article, but also to deny that the primary ways is to create the legalsystem, to avoid the legislative waste. To analyze the different legal systems, theauthor got that it will has its many flaws and limitations, under applying only acertain legal system to protect the traveling line design results.In the third part of this article, the author used the study of comparative law.And she conducted in-depth analysis of foreign-related legal system. Focus onexploring the feasibility of the legal system for the protection of the traveling linedesign results, as well as the reference value of the foreign-related legal system.In the last part of this paper, the author proposed the thinking conclusions onimproving the legal protection system of the traveling line design results, including toestablish the basic content of the system of legal protection of traveling line designresults, to construct the system of legal protection system of traveling line design results in China, to improve the effectiveness of the application of the system of legalprotection of traveling line design results.
