At the same time, this part discusses on two angles:criminal causality and common characteristics and the individual character of logic causalityto make a further discussion on crimanal causality.Part2: to search for the significance and principles of criminal causality.This part introduces the criminal causality’s theoretical significance.It is the foundationto let people begin to know the world and the guidelines to enforce action. And it analyses thepractical significance of the criminal causality, that is known as the precondition of theconviction and important basis of sentencing and investigating responsibility. Then, points outthe principles of the criminal causality that we should follow, namely overall principle,accuracy principle, logical principle.Part3: to search for the crime of the causal relationship between the logical methodThis part of the Angle from the logic, deeply analyzes the causal relationship between crime to logical method. To this, this part two steps is introduced: the first step, this paperintroduces the traditional logic to the causal relationship between the methods, such asAristotle’s simple induction, bacon, three table method, Hobbes analysis method, mill fivemethod and so on. And analyzes its exploring the disadvantage of the causal relationshipbetween crime and then points out that complement method: establishment of the system oflogic chains. The second step, to introduce crime causal relationship between logic method,that is, through the use of comprehensive logical reasoning methods, constructing the systemof logic chains, and gradually deduced the causal relationship between crime. A chain ofreasoning and briefly introduces the various reasoning model, such as the inductive reasoningmodel, analogy inference model and so on.Part4: to search for the crime of the causal relationship between the logic of the specificapplication of the methodThrough insulin homicides sample, it analyses logic method to criminal causality in thespecific application.Part5: using logic method to search for criminal causality’s problems and the way toresolve these problems.There are some problems which can’t be involved in legal value judgment existed whenusing logic reasoning method to search for the criminal causality,.
