It has becomekey problem which relates to public health and promoting food industry owndevelopment that How to guarantee the safety of food.Food production enterprises is the most important subject of the foodprovided links, which can affect food quality and whose good faith degreedirectly determines the quality of the product and which often evoke incidents offood safety. This article analysis China’s food production enterprises’performance and the reason in the perspective of food production enterprisecredit flaw.
