| Along with the profound changes of the social structure and ideology in the periodof social transition, the Youth Group are constantly divided. Youth organizationsbecome more flexible, unrestrained and novel rapidly. In this background,self-organizations of youth emerge as rudiment civil society. The members of youthself-organizations are the youngest, their demand are the most various, their activitiesare the most dynamic, and their mobilization mechanism are the most flexible. Youthself-organizations have met the youths’ value and development demand immensely.Youth self-organizations have strong ability of mobilization, their collective actionhas obvious social function. In the connotation of the collecetive action of youthself-Organizations, the members of youth self-organizations are the executor, the wayof mobilization is self-organizing, and they take action for the common goals. Youthself-organizations have already taken measures in election, government monitoring andpublic decision. The way to achieve members’ goals have became more diversificative.They can supply social sevice, propel social participation, coordinate the interests ofdifferent groups and members and harmonize government and market. More and moremembers are inclined to achieve their goals by manipulating consensus on Internet.Because some youth self-organizations are lack of institutional constraint and correctguidance, they take actions incorrectly, even exacerbate social contradictions andendanger social stability.Government should be aware of this problem and dredge their demand to preventnetworked social risks. The government should improve ability of public administration,strengthen guidance, support and contact, cultivate opinion leader of youthself-organization. The leaders and members also should improve their ability ofself-mangement and self-service.Different organizations and different members in thesame organization have different motivations and inclination, the government shouldestablish standards and administrative mechanism to supervise them respectively. |
