The frequent outbreaks ofnetwork public opinion event in the network have shown the powerful force of Internetinformation dissemination. Party committees and government departments at all levelsalso come to realize that the problems when undertaking the social management andservices are increasingly complex, such as diversified objects, complicated events.Government is the meeting point of social management and service information, and itis also the station of information processing.
